Refund Policy
WMCCAI Cancellation Policy for Registrations: Cancellations will be accepted until two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Refunds must be requested in writing to info@caidc.org. A 8% processing fee will be charged for all customer-initiated refunds. After the cancellation deadline, no fees will be waived, nor refunds extended. You may transfer your registration at no additional cost at any time by emailing events@caidc.org.
