Julie Adamen is the founder and principal of Adamen Inc., a national consulting and recruitment firm established in 1997 and dedicated exclusively to the community management industry. Recognized as an industry expert in community and association management, Julie has over 30 years of experience as an author, educator, speaker, and trainer for community managers and Boards of Directors. Adamen Inc. has successfully placed hundreds of professionals across roles such as on-site and large-scale managers, high-rise managers, and management company executives. As the first and only employment service exclusively serving the community management sector, Adamen Inc. remains an industry leader in talent placement and consulting. Julie is a prominent voice in the field, serving as the lead writer and publisher of The HOA Manager NewsLine, a monthly publication reaching over 13,000 subscribers. Her extensive portfolio of articles, published both nationally and internationally, has been widely distributed across industry publications. She has also developed and published multiple online courses, including Community Association Management 101 and Community Association Management 101 for Board Members, both of which are approved for continuing education credits by CAMICB and the Florida DBPR. Take I-64 West to I-81 South. On I-81 South, take Exit #220, which will put you on Route 262 North. Take Route 262 to Route 254 West (the Parkersburg Pike exit). Route 254 becomes Route 42 South and then Route 42 becomes Route 39 West. Take Route 39 to U.S. 220 South and follow U.S. 220 south to The Homestead.
From Richmond - 180 miles, 3 hours driving time
Take I-64 West to I-81 South. On I-81 South, take Exit #220, which will put you on Route 262 North. Take Route 262 to Route 254 West (the Parkersburg Pike exit).
